 We offer shipping worldwide.

Free shipping for Prepaid orders of above Rs.500/- within India.

Shipping charge of Rs.99/- applicable for Prepaid orders of Rs.500/- & below within India,

Shipping charges varies for outside India & are calculated during checkout.

Minimum Shipping charge for cash on delivery is Rs.99/- & it will increase as per the order value.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured within India.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

    Delivery of all orders will be to registered shipping address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

    While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

    Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

    The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before the product is shipped from our warehouse(Not applicable for Personalized Jewelry).

    Unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, regulatory clearances, etc., your order should usually reach you with 4-7 working days for Metros and Major cities in India. Other cities / areas may take a while longer.

    Delivery time for Outside India depends upon the location and can vary from 15-30 days.

    Made to order designs require 20-25 working days to make and deliver.

    Please inspect the package contents thoroughly before accepting the package from the courier in case you notice any damage or tampering of the package, and inform us immediately about the same.

    Local levies, local body taxes or similar if any will be borne by the buyer.

    We will pro-actively contact you if there is a delay or any issue related to your order through email or at the contact number you have provided.

    RishiRich Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

    Rs.150/- for prepaid Orders applicable for RTO orders due to wrong information filled while placing the order.
